Welcome to the official FAQ for the Wilmington Fall Fest. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about the event, including admission, vendors, parking, activities, and how to get involved.
Get answers to your common inquiries regarding the Fall Fest and its offerings.

No, the Wilmington Fall Fest is a ticketed (wristband) event. All proceeds benefit community programming, including the Special Olympics Unified Game Day. Please click here to pre-purchase a ticket. Children under the age of 1 years old are free.

Yes! Avoid the lines day-of and purchase tickets online. 

Upon purchasing online, you will receive a confirmation email. Show that email or give your name to the gate upon arrival and you will receive your purchased wristband(s)

The Festival opens at 9am and concludes at 4pm. Gates will close at 3:30pm. The Beer and Cider Garden is open from 11-4.

Yes, in the event of rain, the festival will be Saturday, 10/3 from 9-4. Please check our website for weather-related information. (the 5K is rain or shine on 9/26)

Admission includes the inflatable park, trackless train, live music, entry to the artisan and food village, touch a truck, and more!

We recommend bringing lawn chairs or blankets for comfortable seating, as well as sunscreen, water, and any personal items you may need throughout the day.

There is limited parking at festival grounds. We operate 2 satellite parking lots, both with FREE parking and shuttles to and from the event.

Yes! This is a wristbanded event. Upon entering, you will be given a wristband. As long as you do not lose the wristband you can come and go all day. Please note wristbands are non-transferable to others. 

We have over 40 food and drink vendors. Please do not bring your own and enjoy our offerings!

Most vendors prefer cashless options. Event tickets can be purchased with card online, or cash/card at the gate.

Sorry, all sales are final (it’s for charity!)

Absolutely! There will be various food vendors offering a range of delicious options to satisfy every taste.

Fall Fest is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all attendees. To help us achieve this, please follow the guidelines below:

  1. Guests are expected to treat others with respect. Disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language and obscene gestures, will not be tolerated.
  2. Alcohol must be consumed responsibly. Any impaired, intoxicated, or underage individuals will be addressed promptly and safely by event staff.
  3. Fighting, throwing objects, or any aggressive behavior will result in immediate removal from the event.
  4. Smoking is not permitted within Fall Fest grounds.
  5. Clothing or signage displaying obscene or inappropriate messages is not allowed.
  6. Guests must follow all instructions from event staff, including safety and emergency procedures.
In the event of inclement weather, the festival will be held Saturday, October 3rd
